How long does production take?
All of our steering wheels are handmade to order. Production typically takes 7–10 days depending on current demand. You'll receive a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
How long will delivery take?
Once dispatched, delivery times are as follows:
- United Kingdom: 5–12 business days (Free Express Shipping)
- Europe: 7–15 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Is the carbon fibre real?
Yes. Every steering wheel we sell is crafted using genuine carbon fibre. Each wheel is handmade and undergoes a thorough quality inspection before shipping.
Can I return my steering wheel?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
How do I install the steering wheel?
Our steering wheels are designed as direct replacements for the original wheel and use the standard hub adapter for your vehicle. We recommend professional installation if you are not experienced with steering wheel removal, as it involves the airbag system.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, all of our products are covered by our standard warranty against manufacturing defects. If you experience any issues with your order, please get in touch and we'll make it right.
